Keith Richards has always been a Gibson fan. In the movie he's seen playing a white Gibson ES-355 . I couldn't find an online-shop providing the same model in exactly the same color, but I'm pretty sure this is the guitar he is using, as I know that he also used to play an ebony E-355.

And for everyone who cares to know, Johnny Depp partly based his performance as Jack Sparrow on Keith Richards, which is why Keith plays Sparrow's father in Pirates of the Caribbean 3.
