Here's to the Japanese movie-makers, what would Hollywood do without them? Where would they take ideas for "new" horror-movies from?
"The Ring", "Dark Water", "The Grudge" and now:
"One missed call" ("Chakushin Ari" being the Japanese original, if anyone cares to know).
This sounds scary to you, you've already been too afraid to use your phone ever since you saw "The Ring" and now you want to have an even scarier mobile phone? Here you go.
We found two phones from the movie...
First the one from the movie poster. It's the Motorola i830. (great poster, isn't it?)
Secondly the one used by main actress Shannyn Sossamon playing the obligatory scared-chick Beth Raymond. It's the Motorola i875 respectively i870 (they're very similar).
And here's another "who-cares-to-know"-fact: The original movie is directed by Takashi Miike, Japan's Quentin Tarantino, director of the cult-classic "Ichi the killer" and the sickest crap I've ever seen: "Izo".
